Fenugreek is an annual Mediterranean and Asiatic herb with aromatic seeds. Fenugreek is used around the world as a culinary spice and food that is soothing to the stomach.

Today its main use is as a blood sugar regulator. Three constituents of fenugreek, tri-gonelline, nicotinic acid and coumarin decrease blood sugar levels. Fenugreek seeds are also high in fibre. Fibre helps to regulate blood sugar by slowing down the absorption of sugar in the intestines.

Very effective for milk supply. 8 pills a day. Been on for 1.5 month and bought 2 more month supply. Best price I've found and fast shipping. Doesnt taste wonderful but easy to get down.. regardless of taste it's worth it. Also on domperidone to help supply doctor said it's safeto be on both. Happy customer.
