New Roots Cho-less-terin with Beta-sitosterols

Cho-less-terin takes a natural approach to cholesterol management. Our formula features the nutraceuticals red yeast extract, guggul lipids, beta-glucans, green tea extract, and plant sterols in a highly bioavailable matrix of red palm fruit oil. Sixteen studies involving 590 people with high cholesterol levels have shown that sterols from plants alone can reduce total cholesterol by an average of 10%, and harmful LDL cholesterol by 15%. Great Product

Several months ago the doctor was going to prescribe statins because my cholesterol was a bit high. I decided to try this product first to see if it could help. After taking them for several months as directed, my cholesterol level is now normal.

This Product (Cholessterin) Is Dangerous!

This product is dangerous as it can give a serious and adverse side effect or reaction caused due to the presence of red yeast rice. Red yeast rice is dangerous than statins. I am a senior citizen. I tried this product for 2 weeks. I did not even take the suggested dosage (2 softgels twice daily). I took only half of the suggested dosage (1 softgel twice daily) for only 2 weeks.

Right from the first day, it has made my chest exhausted and heavy with a feeling of needles on my chest. After 2 weeks, the chest exhaustion, discomfort and feeling of needles on my chest reached maximum, and I thought I was going to have heart attack. I did not have heart problems in the past, and never had bypass surgery.

By early in the morning, after taking it for 2 weeks, my neck has become stiff and completely frozen with severe aches and pain. I could not move my neck. My neck got better after I took high dosages of Advil for 1 to 2 days. I don’t know how long will it take for my neck to become normal. I was sure this product could have killed me if I continued!

I discontinued Cholessterin (New Roots) and returned the product to North Vancouver store.

The manufacturer of Cholessterin and all re-sellers should let the customers know about this serious and adverse side effect and reaction due to the presence of "red yeast rice." OR SOMEBODY WILL SUE YOU FOR MILLIONS OF DOLLARS. THE COURTS COULD AWARD COMPENSATION TO VICTIMS, IMPOSE PENALTIES, OR EVEN SHUT THE RESPONSIBLE COMPANIES DOWN!
