Non-medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
Start with 1 capsule twice daily with food and gradually increase to 3 capsules daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Do not exceed 3 capsules in a 24-hour period

I have been taking this for a year. I couldn't imagine my life without it.
