Chromium is a very important to help maintain blood sugar regulation for diabetics. I have been taking chromium for seven years. I prefer this brand as it is in a veggie cap form rather than a pressed pill. Finding the right dose of chromium that you need is important that takes time, and it varies from person to person depending on how deficient they are.
