I really like the Now brand CoQ10 because they formulate this product with the hawthorn herb. Hawthorn is good for the heart and it helps to reduce high blood pressure. CoQ10 is very good for the heart and it has many other health benefits. I take it every day and will continue to do so as long as it is available.
