excellent for muscle cramps!

Whenever I combine not sleeping enough/well with eating junk food, I end up getting horrible muscle cramps, especially in the legs. When this happens, I take as many caps of this as necessary (1,000 mg, 2,000 mg etc. ) and within a few minutes the cramps are miraculously gone. Talk about a life saver!

Potassium is the powerhouse of the mitochondria cell

With all our North American Diet (NAD) we eat more fat salt and other things we shouldn’t eat. A diet high and salt kicks the potassium out of your mitochondria making you sluggish. It is important to take enough potassium as it is an electrolyte.
Having a heavy plant-based diet can provide you with potassium. I take this every day three times a day and I’ve taken it since March 2017.
I just now found this available on vitasave.ca and they have a very competitive price for this product. I order it with my monthly subscriptions.
Taking products vary from person to person and it may take time for the product to work for you. Consult your Doctor Who can do a potassium. Check to see if you need it.
Hope this helps!
