Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Lecithin, Polysorbate 20, Sodium benzoate, Potassium sorbate, Citric Acid, Natural Orange Flavouring.

Adults: Take 1 drop(1000 IU) per day. Can be mixed with juice or water. Shake well before use.
Caution: Do not use if security seal is broken.

Love concentrated!

Since we live further north and don't get much sun, very thankful to have vit D in concentration form - I need it!

Easy to take ... loved that it was a liquid vs a capsule. I have been told by my naturopath that my vitamin D is really low so I have to take several drops a day ... didnt care for the after taste of this one. It's not horrible but I've had better.

vitamin D3 in drops

Vitamin D3 in drops is better absorbed than Vitamin D3 in capsules. It is essential that we take vitamin D3 in the fall and winter for our body is not exposed to the sun so much and it needs vitamin D3 to help buid up bones (absorb calcium). According to litterature, vitamin D shoulb be taken under the form of D3 and not D1 or D2. After 50 years old, men and women should take vitamin D3 in order to fight osteopenia or osteoporosis.
