Recent scientific research has suggested taking 1000 I.U. of Vitamin D as a way to prevent a number of different types of cancers. Easy to take ... loved that it was a liquid vs a capsule. I have been told by my naturopath that my vitamin D is really low so I have to take several drops a day ... didnt care for the after taste of this one. It's not horrible but I've had better.
