I've only been taking this new supplement for a few days, so I can't comment on its effectiveness yet. However, when I called the Robson St store about it, they arranged to have a bottle brought over promptly from their North Vancouver location. I appreciated that because I live in Marpole and no longer drive, so it's more convenient for me to shop in Vancouver. The staff was very friendly when I went to pick it up.

Iffy for a migraine sufferer
I really like the idea of bitter melon and wanted to try lowering my blood sugar in general since I have conditions and take meds that impact insulin (not diabetes). Unfortunately I suffer from migraine so often that taking something that impacted my blood sugar at all, even though it lowers it made my migraines worse. I'll try it again when I'm more stable. With something like this I just wish I had more info about how it interacts with and impacts migraines.
