Organika Cholesterol
Cholesterol is a waxy substance that is naturally found in every cell of the body. High levels of cholesterol in the blood can create plaque along artery walls, impeding the flow of blood. When blood cells attach to plaque, they form clots which block blood flow through arteries and may cause heart attacks or strokes. A high cholesterol level is both hereditary, as well as a symptom of a high saturated fats diet and a sedentary lifestyle.
The first type of cholesterol, high density lipoproteins (HDL), are 'good' cholesterol because they prevent plaque formation. The second type, low density lipoproteins (LDL), are 'bad' cholesterol because they are responsible for cholesterol plaques and fat storage. High cholesterol is generally defined by high LDL cholesterol, low HDL cholesterol and high levels of triglycerides. Organika Cholesterol Tablets are specially formulated with four potent ingredients to help lower blood total and LDL cholesterol.
Free Plant Sterols
Plant sterols decrease blood cholesterol levels by blocking the absorption of dietary cholesterol in the intestines.
Oat
Studies suggest that soluble fibre, including Beta-glucan, helps reduce LDL cholesterol.
Green Tea Dried Leaf Extract
Research shows that green tea lowers total cholesterol and raises HDL cholesterol.
Lovastatin-free Red Yeast Rice
Shown to lower LDL cholesterol levels. Red yeast may stop the enzymatic action which helps make cholesterol.

How to Take
DURATION OF USE: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.
CAUTIONS: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice); have an iron deficiency; are taking Hydroxymethylglutaryl (HMG) CoA reductase (‚Äústatins‚ ) lipid lowering medications or cyclosporine; or if you suffer from liver or kidney disease or have received an organ transplant. Consult a health care practitioner if you are taking other medications. May cause a dermatologic hypersensitivity reaction in some patients. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Discontinue use of the product and consult a health care practitioner if you experience muscle pain, tenderness and/or weakness.
