What's in each tablet

Each chewable tablet provides 1,093 mg of D-glucose, a fast carbohydrate, with 15 mg of potassium from potassium citrate, 7 mg of magnesium from magnesium citrate and 5 mg of calcium from calcium citrate. Sodium citrate in the base adds 50 mg of sodium per tablet, the electrolyte you lose most of in sweat. The tablets are sweetened with stevia leaf extract and flavoured with natural fruit punch flavour.
