Organika Kids Liquid Zinc with Vitamin C combines two essential nutrients to ensure healthy immune function with a delicious orange flavour that children will love!

Zinc is required by the body for many important processes, from metabolism to protein synthesis and wound healing. It is also crucial for proper immune function. Zinc can be found in dietary sources such as meat and shellfish, legumes and whole grains – however, it is less efficiently absorbed in plant-based sources.

Vitamin C is a known immune health booster, for good reason: it is a superb antioxidant that helps protect the body from the damaging effects of free radicals, and also encourages the production of white blood cells, a key part of the body’s defense against infection.

This product is the first thing I have tried from Organika and I was not disappointed! It tastes great, my kids love it (ages 4 and 6) and they are both getting over colds quite quickly. Zinc is an essential mineral for proper immune function, so I am glad to have found an easy and convenient way to get them the zinc they need.
