Easy to take, and is effective and efficient, needing only a few drops for an adequate dose. Much more efficient than capsules or pill form.

Love this product!

In my opinion, this liquid vit D has been a game changer this winter. I feel way better when I take it daily and notice if I forget for a couple days! There definitely is an oily taste, but I hold it under my tongue as ling as possible so it can absorb!
