Love it! I like that it's complete and help me lower the amount of pills i take on a dayly basic (I reduced magnesium as it contains a good amount). The gellule is really big though, you might want to know it if you have an easy gagging reflexe of having a hard time swallowing pills like me... but, I find that I glides easily. I'm usually sensitive to pill size, this one is no problem.
