How to Take
Directions:
Adults (19 years and older): Take two (2) softgels, once daily. Avoid taking before bedtime.
Warnings:
Ask a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control medication and if symptoms persist or worsen. When using this product exercise caution if you drive or use machinery as you may experience drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a history of non-melanoma skin cancer. Do not use if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. Stop use of vitamin B6 containing products and ask a health care practitioner if you develop symptoms of sensory nerve problems, such as numbness, tingling, or pain in the extremities. Stop use if you experience irritability or insomnia.
