I started this and after a week I had a UTI and kidney infection on my right kidney. My urine turned brown, I was very fatigue, caused me to have frequent urination, made me break out on my face.. had difficulty sleeping as I had to get up to pee so often. Caused cramping lower abdominal. Not sure if this is safe or even has enough research to make it up. Definitely don’t recommend this product.
