Gives my body what it needs

High dosing Vit C is a must in this day and age of toxic living. Getting 2000mg in one scoop makes it easy to wash down the rest of my supplements without taking a bunch more pills!

Vitamine C RDA recommendations are based on 80 year old research on dosages needed to percent acute Scurvy. We now know it is important in countless other vital processes and that animals that make their own vitamin C do so at a substantially higher mg/kg body wt. than the human RDA. Medi-C is a fantastic way to approach those target dosages found in nature
