Take it every day

Take this supplement every day with my vit. D3. My MD told me it's important to take K2 with D3 if the dosage of D3 is anywhere over 1000 IUs per day.

Take it with your Calcium!

Great product! Not many people know that you need to take vitamin K (which is not potassium!) and vitamin D with you calcium to make for a more effective uptake.
