Too early to tell but optimistic.

I ordered PVL Glutamine to see if it help with the problems associated with my myalgic encephalomyelitis. A high protein diet and weights were not enough. It is too early to tell how well it is working but I do feel there is an improvement in muscle mass in my arms and shoulders. I will continue to use it for at least six months to give it a fair trial. By the way, the orange flavour is really good and I am happy to see that PVL is a local company (I am "just up the road" in Powell River) as we should always choose local if we can.
