How It Works
How It Works
Micellar casein forms a gel-like structure in your stomach, slowing digestion and releasing amino acids over 6-8 hours. This sustained delivery helps maintain protein synthesis during longer periods between meals or overnight sleep.
Who It's For
Athletes and fitness enthusiasts who want sustained protein delivery between meals or before bed. Adults following structured training programs who need consistent amino acid availability during recovery periods.
Who It's Not For
Those seeking immediate post-workout protein absorption should choose whey protein instead. Not suitable for individuals with milk, soy, or wheat allergies.
About This Product
What It Does
R1 Casein provides sustained amino acid release for hours, not minutes. Unlike whey protein that digests quickly, micellar casein breaks down slowly to fuel your muscles during extended periods without food. Perfect for between meals and bedtime when your body needs lasting protein support.
Why It Works
- SLOW DIGESTION: Micellar casein forms a gel in your stomach, releasing amino acids over 6-8 hours versus whey's 1-2 hour window.

- NO COMPROMISE: Zero creamers and zero fillers — just clean micellar casein protein in chocolate fudge flavor.
