Lavender Oil

It has many possible benefits, including anti-inflammatory properties. The best time to use it is after a long day at the office. It can be used as aromatherapy for headaches, sleep issues, or stress relief. Lavender oil can also provide relief from the common cold and flu and can be used to treat minor wounds and burns. It can even be used as a wound treatment for horses, though this is not recommended.

It has been studied for its medicinal features. Several studies have been done on the safety of lavender oil, with the most recent being published in the journal "Int J Health Care Qual" in 2008. It has been shown that lavender oil is safe to use on the skin as a massage treatment for muscle pain. There have been no harmful effects seen from skin application.

Sweet Orange Oil

For instance, it helps ease anxiety and tension in the body, calming feelings of anger, clearing up skin conditions with acne or eczema. It also speeds up the metabolism, increases blood circulation, strengthens tissues, and promotes better digestion. Sweet orange prevents muscle spasms in muscles and bones. It can even enhance hair growth and prevent hair loss while improving the overall appearance of the skin. It is very refreshing and rejuvenating and not an aggressive oil that will harm the skin. Furthermore, it quickly penetrates the skin without irritating it. This is to say that it can be used orally as well as topically for this purpose.

Clove Oil

Clove essential oil is good because it has the highest medicinal value and uses among all essential oils. Clove oil helps with weight loss, can lower cholesterol levels, and protects against diabetes. It also has antifungal features that can help relieve the common cold, flu and other infectious diseases.

It's also a natural way of preventing or treating bronchitis, sore throat or congestion when used topically with a carrier oil such as grapeseed or almond oil.

This oil is extracted from the flower bud of the clove plant through the steam distillation process. It is pale yellow or greenish in appearance and has a strong and distinctive aromatic smell and taste. However, it has a very pungent and sharp smell that can sting your eyes if not used correctly.

The medicinal properties of clove oil are due to the presence of Eugenol that makes up 80% of its composition. Eugenol is a phenolic compound with antibacterial, antifungal, analgesic, insecticidal and antidepressant properties. It also has antifungal properties that can help relieve the common cold, flu and other infectious diseases.

Eucalyptus Radiata Leaf Oil

It is an essential oil that has been traditionally used for many centuries around the world in many different countries to treat a wide range of ailments. It can be used to improve mood, ease coughs or colds, relieve pain, clear the airways and reduce fevers. This is a more inexpensive alternative to other popular essential oils such as peppermint oil and eucalyptus globulus.

Eucalyptus Radiata Leaf Oil has been found to have anti-inflammatory properties that can be applied topically for relief from various pain conditions, including headaches and arthritis. You can also readily use Eucalyptus Radiata Leaf Oil in a diffuser to help relieve symptoms in the lungs and sinuses. It is effective when used before bedtime to help improve sleep and assist with congestion.

Cedarwood Oil

Cedarwood essential oil has long been used in aromatherapy for its calming effects on emotions. You might also want to use it as a natural insect repellent, especially if your bug problem is related to fleas or ticks. As cedarwood tannin acts as an astringent on the skin, it not only provides relief from itchiness but can be used to disinfect minor wounds.

Cedarwood oil is a natural insect repellent and is suitable for all skin conditions. It is also called the "healthy oil" because it has many healing properties. It can be used to remove toxins from your body, help you lose weight, and help boost your immune system. Besides these, geranium oil can reduce inflammation in the joints and muscles for better massage therapy.
