Directions for Use
Adults / Oral
Take 1 drop 1 time per day. Dilute 1 drop (0.05ml) of Marseille’s Remedy in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of honey or apple cider vinegar and consume orally, or as otherwise directed by a health care practitioner.
Adults / Topical
Combine 1 drop of Marseille’s Remedy with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil, and massage into skin, muscles, or joints.
Adults / Inhalation
For cough and cold, apply 2 to 6 drops of undiluted product to a handkerchief or tissue and inhale. Alternatively, diffuse in boiling water or in an essential oil diffuser.
