What is the Men's 50+ Multivitamin and Mineral?
This is the over-50 version of the Whole Earth & Sea men's multi. It carries a higher level of vitamin C (82.5 mg, from organic amla and mixed ascorbates) and of vitamin B1 (5 mg as benfotiamine) than the standard men's tablet. The remaining nutrients include lichen-sourced vitamin D3, natto-sourced vitamin K2, natural mixed carotenoids from algae and sunflower-derived vitamin E.
