What is the Women's 50+ Multivitamin and Mineral?
It is a daily multi built largely on plant-sourced nutrients. One tablet gives 82.5 mg of vitamin C from organic amla fruit and mixed ascorbates, 500 IU of vitamin D3 from lichen, 40 mcg of vitamin K2 from natto bean and 25 mg of calcium from organic algae, plus B vitamins, vitamin E from sunflower oil and beta-carotene from Dunaliella salina.

How to Take
Dosage:
2 tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Cautions:

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use in the case of an estrogen-dependent cancer, if you have a kidney disorder, cardiovascular disease, and/or diabetes, or if you are taking blood thinners. If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar). Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of the reach of children.
