Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, purified water, microcrystalline cellulose, enteric coating (purified water, ethylcellulose, medium chain triglycerides, oleic acid, cellulose, glycerin, sodium alginate, stearic acid), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Healthy mood balance: 1 caplet 3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. For use beyond 1 year, consult a health care practitioner. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start dosing at 100 mg 2 times daily and slowly increase to 3 times daily over a period of 2 weeks.
