It works
I have been using this off and on for several years. It takes away my hot flashes - I might still overheat more than I used to, but not the way I had been overheating, and I don’t wake up hot anymore. I’ve found I can use it for a few months and then go off it for a month or two and I’m fine. I start using it again when the hot flashes begin to return. Compared to friends on hormone therapy this seems to work just as well or even better in my opinion
