Molkosan BERRY is made from organic Swiss milk. Fats and milk proteins are removed by centrifugation and ultra filtration. The resulting whey is then lactofermented with an exclusive strain of lactic acid bacteria and pasteurized. Molkosan BERRY is prepared by a natural fermentation process.
7 % L+ lactic acid sourced from FERMENTED whey concentrate
Other ingredients: Concentrated deproteinized lactofermented whey (from Swiss milk), source of (L+) lactic acid (7%); fruit juice from concentrates (Aronia, Pomegranate) (26%), calcium lactate, natural flavours, potassium citrate, malic acid, steviol glycoside.
Add up to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of Molkosan Berry in a glass of cold water (250ml). Can also be used in smoothies and other cold liquids.
