Although it doesn't work for everyone, I find that taking 2 bilberry capsules per day keeps my glaucoma under control. I have had glaucoma for over 30 years, and it rarely worsens unless I stop taking the capsules. My preferred brand is Jameson's which can be difficult to find in-store, and these were an excellent price and delivered quickly.
