Blessed Thistle has traditionally been used in European tonics for digestion (especially to increase appetite) and for feminine health (not only for menopause or menstrual cramping, but also to stimulate blood flow to the mammary glands and to increase the flow of milk when breastfeeding). It's also in herbal medicine as part of liver cleanse or tonic, again, often in combination with other herbs.
Each capsule contains: Organic Blessed Thistle herb (aerial parts) (Cnicus benedictus) 390 mg.
Take 4 capsules 3 times daily with water at mealtimes. For prolonged use, consult a health care practitioner.
