I take this along with the AOR Prostate support. This combination has made a massive difference in my life. I can travel anywhere I like now without constantly looking for a bathroom and rarely get up more than once in a night. Everything is working better. I've been using this combination for years and am very happy with it. I have run out a few times and have started having troubles again fairly quickly. But the good news is that it hasn't taken long to reverse the problems when I start back on it.
