Cultures For Health Greek Yogurt
Deliciously rich and tangy, this heirloom, thermophilic starter can be re-cultured indefinitely. Drain whey from the finished product to make thick Greek yogurt or enjoy as-is.
Benefits:
Each box contains 2 packets of yogurt starter culture.
Activate 1 packet using 1 quart pasteurized milk (store 2nd packet in the freezer as a back-up).
Cultures at 110ºF using a yogurt maker or other appliance.
Suitable for use with pasteurized whole milk and with raw dairy milk or non-dairy milk, with special care.
Avoid ultra-pasteurized or UHT milk.

Consistent!
I have used this product before from Cultures for Health but unfortunately did not have a great experience. I narrowed down my failure due to me using this culture with the methods I was used to and not what was recommended.
This time, on the first go, I got fantastic results. I'm now on my 3rd batch and have slowly started to incorporate some safe tweaks. Like heating the milk and maintaining the 180f for 20 minutes is now giving me really thick yogurt! I don't use powdered milk as I did before to help give it body!
As I said, 3 batches in and so far so good! Follow their guidelines and you're good as gold.
