Excellent but expensive

I take these alternately with lactaid pills depending on how much dairy I am consuming. These are good for casein and automatically take care of lactose intolerance. They seem to be working fine. I don’t get indigestion anymore from dairy. I recommend them especially if you only have dairy occasionally.

I can eat Dairy again
