Bloating, gas and constipation are just a few of the infamous stubborn symptoms of digestive distress. And while the exact causes of these symptoms can be complex and present a challenge to get rid of, sometimes your body may just be asking for a few extra nutrients.
So, why not make the journey to better digestion also taste delicious?
This Coconut Kiwi Chia Pudding recipe combines gut-healing nutrients such as probiotic powder with fiber from chia seeds, berries, coconut, and kiwi. Since fiber is the nutrient that sweeps toxins out your digestive tract and promotes regularity, it’s essential to incorporate fiber from plant foods at every meal to get rid of digestive symptoms. This Coconut Kiwi Chia Pudding further promotes digestive function without the use of added sugar (the natural sugars from the fruit add enough more than enough sweetness to this recipe) or common allergens such as gluten and dairy. Tip: When increasing your fiber intake, always be sure to simultaneously increase your water intake. In order for fiber to do its jobs efficiently, it requires water to help efficiently move it through the digestive system. Now, for the recipe!
