Picked incorrectly at the warehouse
the order for 2 BOXES of electrolyte - arrived as 2 packets! Mistakes happen and customer service handled the fix. I am still waiting for the email that says the correct two boxes are enroute.

Always effective
If you are a diabetic 1 or 2 electrolytes are extremely important; use this every day, and within 3 mos. get your A!C checked and with a decrease of bad sugars and gluten it will be definitely better.
