New Roots Iron Bisglycinate 35 mg (30 VCaps)

SKU: NR11898

New Roots Herbal's Iron Bisglycinate is an amino-acid chelate for maximum bioavailability and is free from common side effects of sore stomach, constipation, diarrhea, and cramps. Current research reveals that a healthy diet and the presence of many food items fortified with iron usually meets the dietary requirements of the average North American. However, targeted supplementation with Iron Bisglycinate can be useful for those with anemia (low red blood-cell count), compromised immune system, malabsorption syndrome, or lack of stamina, to name a few.

Many iron supplements are plagued with limited intestinal absorption as well as interfering with other nutrients and blocking their absorption. Iron Bisglycinate has an absorption rate of up to three times that of other forms of iron, as it 's absorbed via an alternative pathway within the intestinal mucosa. This means it will also not interfere with other forms of dietary iron. It 's also free from common side effects of iron supplementation including sore stomach, constipation, diarrhea, and cramps.

Benefits:

  • Formulated for maximum bioavailability
  • Critical nutrients for iron-deficiency anemia

Fantastic Product

My 12 year old had low iron, pediatrician recommended Ferramax but it didn't work well for him. This product worked really well and my son saw excellent results in overall health and well being. The product contains other vitamins as well such as methyl folate and methylcobalamin which I believe has assisted in supporting my son's well being.
