Happy Mistake

I inadvertently ordered the powder instead of capsules and pleased that I did. Dissolves easily in water and has a pleasant taste. I try and take magnesium bisglycinate 60 minutes before bedtime to help with falling asleep and often I forget. This seems to work immediately so I can take it at bedtime and experience the benefits immediately.
