Nothing wrong with the contents of the capsules, but when I ordered 80mg it was because the 200mg capsules were too hard to swallow. Imagine my surprise when I saw that the 80mg capsules were exactly the same size as the 200 mg, just with less magnesium.

Don't understand why?
I've used CanPrev Gentle magnesium caps before and no problem. Thought I'd try the Ultra Gentle. Was really surprised to find that these ones gave me an allergic reaction. I found that my fingers were getting itchy in spots just like a sulphate drug did to me once. I usually take a magnesium before bedtime to relax me, but after several nights trying Ultra Gentle caps I had to throw out the bottle. No itchy fingers since!
