Wouldn't be without it.

I find this product helps me relax and sleep a lot better. Plus I find my memory seems to have improved as to remembering other peoples names etc. I do think it has helped me and gives me no trouble at this time. Helps my dancing as well.

Foggy brain gone

I have already noticed my mind is clearer, sharper and hoping it keeps improving with continued use. I go line dancing and could not remember
