Important supplement
I have moderate osteoporosis in my thighs. I have fallen a LOT over the years. Fortunately, I was almost 70 before I had a broken bone. Fell down a flight of stairs and ended up with only a broken collarbone.
I take the calcium supplement along with magnesium citrate when I take my nighttime meds.
Currently, I’m taking an iron supplement which is not to be taken with a calcium supplement.
The tablets are large which could be a problem for some.
