NOW® Vitamin D-3 Liquid Extra Strength provides a highly absorbable format that can easily be taking directly from the dropper or added to beverages. Vitamin D is normally obtained from the diet or produced by the skin from the ultraviolet energy of the sun. However, it is not abundant in food. As more people avoid sun exposure, Vitamin D supplementation becomes even more necessary to ensure that your body receives an adequate supply.

potent with each drop

Each drop carries 1000 IU of Vit D. No unpleasant taste, easy to use and great price point. The upside down dropper is a but slower than the squeeze pump ones but you get the hang of it after a while.

Now vitamin D3

I’ve been taking Now vitamin D3 for a while now. I prefer the liquid form and take it under the tongue. I would recommend this product.

Great price for the amount

Have been taking this for over a year now, you can’t beat this price for liquid vitamin D. The only gripe I have is the drops take a while to come and when you turn it back up again usually another drop slips out, but you get the hang out it after a while. Not a big deal for the most part, but it could be engineered better. Overall recommended
