D3 for prevention and recovery
I buy this brand because it’s cheaper than the others and the ingredients are exactly the same. Latest studies show that we are d3 deficient in northern climates. Also higher dose in prevention and faster recovery from flu infections. I take at least 20,000 IU per day, with 200 mg K2 for prevention of hypercalcemia. I include zinc, magnesium and vitamin c as a preventative package. Highly recommend this product at this price point.
