He Men 's Formula is not a vitamin and/or mineral supplement, it is a therapeutic medicine developed to have a maximum effect. The herbs in He Men 's Formula also have a history of use in Traditional Chinese Medicine to enhance libido and improve sexual performance and health.

From mid to late 30s, as men age, they experience a gradual reduction in testosterone levels. By midlife, this slow reduction can begin to manifest as physical symptoms. This gradual reduction in testosterone levels, when combined with work pressures, busy lifestyles, stress and poor sleep, can contribute to lowered vitality and energy levels.

Adult: Starting dose: 2 tablets per day until symptoms improve and then reduce to maintenance dose.
