Medicinal ingredients per gummy (2.6 g): Nutrashieldâ„¢ KSM-66â„¢ Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, root; 12:1, 5% withanolides) (equivalent to 1.2 g dried ashwagandha)
Non-medicinal ingredients: Maltitol, Purified water, Organic erythritol, Agar, Natural flavours, Citric acid, Locust bean gum, Annatto, Organic stevia leaf extract, Organic sunflower oil, Organic rice flour.
Recommended dose (Adults aged 18 and older): Take 3 gummies 2 times per day. Use a minimum of 8 weeks to see a beneficial effect.
