Directions for Use: Pour about ¬Ω cup slightly cooled boiling water, or very hot water into a cup or glass. Add powder, let fizz and settle, then stir. Cool. Enjoy as a drink or add it to your child 's favourite juice.
Recommended Dose for Children, by Age and % Daily Value: 1-3 year olds: ¼ teaspoon, twice daily, dissolved in very hot water provides 70% of the daily magnesium requirement of 80mg 4-8 year olds: ½ teaspoon, twice daily, dissolved in very hot water provides 85% of the daily magnesium requirement of 130mg 9-13 year olds: 1 teaspoon, twice daily, dissolved in very hot water provides 90%of the daily magnesium requirement of 240mg
