About This Product
Natural Factors BioCoenzymated Active B Complex puts eight B vitamins, choline and inositol into one vegetarian capsule, with several of the vitamins supplied in their coenzyme forms. Helps to maintain the body's ability to metabolize nutrients.
What is a coenzymated B complex?
B vitamins are water-soluble nutrients found in whole grains, legumes, eggs and leafy greens. The body converts many of them into coenzyme forms before using them. This formula supplies some of those forms directly: riboflavin 5'-phosphate for B2, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate for B6, methylcobalamin for B12 and Quatrefolic (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid for folate. Thiamine appears as both thiamine hydrochloride and benfotiamine.
