What is GarlicRich?
GarlicRich is a powder prepared from the bulb of garlic, Allium sativum. Garlic's character comes from its sulphur compounds. Alliin is stored in the intact clove, and when the clove is crushed it is converted to allicin, the source of the familiar smell. GarlicRich is made to carry a full range of these garlic actives, including alliin, allicin and gamma-glutamylcysteine.
