Each vegetable capsule contains:
Green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf extract, 75% epigallocatechin-3‑gallate (EGCG) 500 mg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide in a non‑GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.


Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks.


Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; or in case of liver disorder, or iron deficiency. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness, and/or loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract–containing products have been reported.

I ordered numerous products, but cannot give a review on any because I've had to stop taking them. I began to not feel well, but do not know if it's a particular product, or the combination, that is not agreeing with me. They were all recommended by a certified nutritionalist, from whom I'd been purchasing her products until she retired in January. I know she'd not recommend anything she'd not use herself.
