I like the powdered calcium for its ease in adding to liquids such as a smoothie. This container doesn’t have magnesium with it and that is why I chose it in the first place. I not able to take Magnesium supplements. If I don’t use a calcium supplement, I will get leg muscle cramping and this product prevents that.
