Arthritis aid
I've been using Sierra Sil for several years to help control the discomfort of osteoarthritis in my hands, wrists and lumbar areas. I find the powdered form less expensive and easy to add to smoothies which cover the taste.

Have only taken it for a couple of weeks. Apparently it may take several months to notice a difference. I’m taking it for my trigger finger and inflamed thumb.
