I've never been disappointed with is vitamin or the service from Vitasave. Not sure if your vitamins are working, go pay for a blood test and ask to have vitamin levels checked.

Reversed pain & stiffness in fingers/hands
Started taking Vitamin E years ago to help with symptoms of menopause, which it did. Decided to stop taking it last year since that was no longer an issue. Soon after, I started getting considerable stiffness and joint pain in my fingers & hands. One joint felt like bone on bone. Started taking Vitamin E again and fingers/hands returned to normal within a few weeks. Still no pain or stiffness 9 months later.
