This product is decent. The taste could definitely be better, but it is alright. I agree with one of the previous reviews which indicates that the taste is a bit weird and the texture is a bit gritty. But I have bought this item many times and continue to buy it because I am a fan of Vega's all natural ingredients that they use in their products.
As far as it's "energy" power.. I'm really not sure how effective it is. To be honest, I can't really tell whether or not it gives me a boost or not but I take it before every workout, regardless. I would rather consume this produce than a lot of the other less natural products on the market.
