Adults - 19 years and older. 1 sachet 1 time per day. Take it with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Mix 1 sachet (3.8 g) in 500mL of water.
Great taste and not too sweet. Dissolves well in water. Love it !

Perfect for Leg Cramps
I’m so happy I found this product. For years I have had leg & foot cramps in the night when I’m sleeping. I take one sachet of Vitasave Electrolytes before bed and now I rarely get any cramps. If I eat sugar during the day I’m certain to have cramps in the night so now, the only time I’m woken up with cramps is when I indulge in sugar. I highly recommend these Electrolytes to help deal with problem cramps.
